Paul and Sherri Balyoz began investing in real estate in 2005 in an effort to save money for kids' college funds, traveling more often, and retiring early.
Their extensive experience working as a software developer and a registered nurse did very little to help meet these goals.
As real estate investors with 15 years of experience, their dreams are becoming reality - with their plan to leave the "rat race" at the end of 2021.
