In today's episode, we have our special guest Tracy Royce.
Tracy was started in the real estate industry as a loan officer in
the early 2000’s (you know, the time when loans were super hard to
get and regulated heavily? (gulp)). Her heart was never in that
niche and I saw the writing on the wall, so when a former landlord
and real estate investor offered her a position to work for him as
an assistant, she jumped at the opportunity. What she didn’t
realize is, that would start the path of a decade of working behind
the scenes for other real estate investors. While the economy was
crashing, the groups she worked alongside were thriving, inventing
and she was learning everything from property management, fixing
and flipping, resale, short sales, pre-foreclosures, distressed
real estate, creative disposition, and a little of everything in
between.
Now, she's witching gears to build upon her background, share what she knows, and focus more on building an abundant life rather than just building business.
