Our community consists of independent real estate investors who utilize a myriad of investment strategies. If you’re looking to learn from the most successful investors in the industry then you have found your new home.
In
today's episode, our special guest is Allan Woodruff he a Design Engineer, an
Investor, an Electrical Contractor, an MBA, or a sales manager in
the Asia Pacific region? These are all steps along the path.
In 1968, Allan Woodruff left graduate school, moved to California,
and started a career in technology. Within four months he bought
his first duplex and was off and running as a part-time
investor.
His goal was
simple: acquire enough properties that would pay themselves off
over the next 30 years, so that they would then generate enough
cash flow to allow him to break free.
With this mission in mind, he was able to enjoy his high-tech
career, and casually invest in real estate with a buy-hold
strategy.
He still enjoys the sport of the game. It's not all about the
money... it's an art form, it's providing housing, it's improving
the community. And it's fun. As a believer in building body, mind,
and spirit, he's conscious of putting being into his
doing.
